The I. C. Norcom High School Alumni Association is governed by a board of officers hereafter referred to as the Executive Board. Officers are elected in November, installed in December and take office in January. The offices President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Reporter-Historian, and Chaplain.

The Alumni Association also consists of Standing Committees :
The I. C. Norcom High School Alumni Association works to:
- Promote fellowship among alumni of I. C. Norcom High School.
- Stay knowledgeable of any actions by the school board or any
other agency that directly impact on the students that attend
I. C. Norcom High School.
- Provide scholarships to deserving graduates of the school.
- Raise funds in support of the goals and objectives of the
I. C. Norcom High School Alumni Association.
The I. C. Norcom High School Alumni Association gave five(5) $1,000 scholarships to deserving seniors of the class of 2000 in June. It was a momentous occasion which was held in the Junius A. Kellogg Field House at the I. C. Norcom High School. The alumni association continues to get better and stronger through your generous support and prayers. Please join us in keeping the tradition in excellence going by supporting all of the programs sponsored by the I. C. Norcom High School Alumni Association, Inc.
